3. How Our Services Work
When you order a service:
- You provide project details and make payment
- We analyze your requirement and start the work
- All communication happens via email or support portal
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
4. Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) or US Dollars (USD), exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept various payment gateways listed during checkout. Full payment is required before service initiation unless otherwise agreed.
5. Service Delivery

6. Revisions & Support

7. Refund & Cancellation
You may be eligible for a refund if:

- You request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order
- We are unable to complete the service as described
No refund is issued for completed or ongoing services unless due to our failure.
