At Ayaan Infra Tech, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT services and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital and technical services, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations.
1. Digital Service Policy
All our services—such as server setup, SSL installation, website migration, cloud configuration, and consultation—are digital and customized. Therefore, no physical products are shipped or returned.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
- You cancel the order within 24 hours of payment and before any work has begun
- We are unable to deliver the service due to internal technical limitations
- You mistakenly placed an order and notify us immediately
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- The service was delivered as per scope and accepted
- The client failed to provide access, information, or cooperation required to complete the work
- Project delays or dissatisfaction caused by third-party systems or hosting platforms
- The client changed their mind after work has started or partially completed
- For Payoneer, Wise, or bKash payments that have been processed and delivered
4. Cancelled or Failed Orders
In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill your order due to internal constraints:
- You will be notified immediately
- A full refund will be issued within 7 business days
5. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (Payoneer, Wise, bKash, SCB, etc.)
- A refund request must be submitted by email to: [email protected]
- Please include your order ID, service details, and reason for the refund request
6. Dispute Resolution
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service, we encourage you to first contact our team for resolution. We aim to address all concerns fairly and professionally.
